Sidemark SMS Program

Sidemark sends text messages only to registered users of the Sidemark platform who have chosen to receive them. This page explains what we send, who receives it, how to opt in, and how to stop.

What we send

If you opt in, Sidemark may text you:

One-time verification codes when you sign in or confirm your mobile number

Notifications about activity in your Sidemark workspace, such as new assignments, approvals, or messages that need your attention

Account alerts, including billing and security notices

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

Who receives these messages

Only registered Sidemark users who opt in. Opting in is optional and is not required to use Sidemark. We never add a number to this program without the user's own confirmation.

How to opt in

1. Sign in to the Sidemark app and go to Settings → Notifications.

2. Enter your mobile number.

3. Check the consent box.

The box reads:

Text me account notifications and verification codes from Sidemark. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.

4. Enter the confirmation code we text to that number. Your number is not enrolled until the code is confirmed.
